The family and the daycare are the most important environments for our children. The parents are the primary caregivers to their children and are therefore experts in their children lives. Therefore a good co-operation and educational partnership with the parents is particularly important.
Co-operation with parents from different backgrounds
Parental work with families of diversity cultures and languages is a major focus point for us. It is very important to us that the individual biographies of each and every family is treated as equal and appreciated.
Information distribution
Current information is distributed by Sonnenstrahl via email and on the bulletin boards in front of the groups. To keep up to date, it is important to check regularly the boards and emails.
Parent information evenings
At least once a year, information evenings will be held on certain topics. The invitation will be issued by letter or email.
Parent feedback
To assure quality, once a year parents have the opportunity to evaluate us and our institution. Suggestions, inputs and constructive feedback, are welcome, of course, at any time.
Development talks
The development of your child is our top priority. In our daily educational work we support many developing areas of your child. To be well-informed on the overall development takes time and observation. To keep communication clear and open between the daycare center and parents we provide a detailed development talk, for all children from 3 years on.

Quick chats and sharing information in the doorway are always welcome. For urgent questions about education and development, our educators are at your disposal at any time for appointments.
